**To Our Valued Clients and Partners:**
Over the last several months at BayIQ we’ve assembled a new leadership team to take us to the next level in product and customer service. I have joined the BayIQ team as President and am honored and excited to have the opportunity to work with you.
While we are working to improve every day, we are fully committed to providing industry leading technology products, transparency, and the quality support you deserve. In order to make this happen, we've added some new members to our team, promoted some of our own, and brought on advisors with extensive industry expertise:
**Shane Gibson,** Director of Software Development
**Jenna Treat,** Product Support Manager
**Ben Sarosy,** Senior Account Executive
**Mark Butler, **Sales Manager
**Garrett Gray,** Senior Director of Operations
**Jacob Paul,** Technical Product Manager
**Mark Hockridge,** Strategic Advisor
**Cory Berg,** Technical Advisor
We are currently focused on refining our flagship features around the loyalty rewards program, service reminders, bonuses, and promotions. We're also working on our reporting and dashboard functionality to provide you and your teams with an easy way to track what's most important to you and your business.
This week, our team will reach out to each of you to schedule a time to discuss any open issues, feedback, and product improvement suggestions.
