BAYiQ offers a cloud-based and fully automated customer rewards program that will enable Navex Automotive Management System dealers to enroll customers from within their Point of Sale (POS) system easily. Once a customer is enrolled, BAYiQ automatically manages the dealer’s customer communications database, enabling a high degree of automation for communications, loyalty communications, promotions and rebates, online appointment scheduling, online reviews collection and management, and some new customer and current customer marketing programs.
