Partnership to Provide Business Intelligence, Rewards Program & Data Marketing Services with Navex Automotive Management System

Mesa, AZ (January 29th, 2018) – BAYiQ Inc., a Data-driven Business Intelligence, Rewards and Marketing Platform, and Navex, a national leader in Automotive Management Systems, have announced a strategic partnership to help TurboShop/Navex and Direct Shop Elite dealers easily implement BAYiQ’s fully automated SaaS, cloud-based rewards, marketing, and data platform. 


BAYiQ offers a cloud-based and fully automated customer rewards program that will enable Navex Automotive Management System dealers to enroll customers from within their Point of Sale (POS) system easily. Once a customer is enrolled, BAYiQ automatically manages the dealer’s customer communications database, enabling a high degree of automation for communications, loyalty communications, promotions and rebates, online appointment scheduling, online reviews collection and management, and some new customer and current customer marketing programs. The BAYiQ Customer Rewards program is state of the art, allowing customers to earn points for every purchase which can be redeemed for dealership rewards certificates or donated to select charities. Utilizing a mix of text messages, emails, social media, direct mail and gift cards.
