Barry Steinberg started Direct Tire and Auto Service in 1974 when he saw an oppurtunity to offer Boston Area Motorists something new: Exceptional Service and Quality. And that has been driving Direct Tire ever since.
Since its inception, Direct Tire and Auto Service has expanded from one store to five and grown from 5 to 65 employees. Some of the "firsts" that they brought to New England are: Loaner Car, free flat repairs and free ride quality returns, introduced Toyo Tires to the region, video inspections, and free Wifi.
